Sales Operations Specialist (m/f/d) - FTC (2 Years)
to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth flow of orders, operations, and cross-functional collaboration. In this position, you’ll be at the heart of our operations — managing customer orders, ensuring delivery accuracy, supporting financial processes, and connecting multiple teams across regions.
Your Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end operational order processing, ensuring accuracy and alignment with the internal sales team.
- Act as the primary contact for OEM and Tier 1 customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and issue resolution.
- Analyze market and customer data to support demand planning and ensure alignment with production and inventory planning.
- Manage order fulfillment and global shipment tracking, resolving logistics issues promptly and effectively.
- Oversee invoice processing and ensure timely, accurate billing aligned with internal financial controls.
- Coordinate closely with finance teams on accounts receivable, follow-ups on payments, and resolving discrepancies.
- Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) for tracking, invoicing, and reporting.
- Act as a key liaison between sales, logistics, finance, and production teams across Asia and Europe, fostering effective cross-regional collaboration.
Your Profile:
- Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or equivalent work experience in a commercial/technical role.
- First experience in sales operations, internal sales, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably in an automotive environment.
- Analytical skills, with a high affinity for numbers, data analysis, and statistics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and ERP/CRM systems (SAP, etc.).
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced international environment while managing multiple projects.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Fluency in English (written and oral); German is a plus.
