Working Student (m/f/d) Sales Support


Are you detail-oriented, love working with Excel, and eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic sales support environment?
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Working Student to support our Sales teams in daily operations. This role is ideal for students who enjoy structured tasks, are quick to respond to short-term requests, and want to understand the behind-the-scenes work that keeps sales and billing running smoothly.


Your tasks:

  1. Administrative Support for Customer Needs:
    • Analyze and process system-related customer requirements.
    • Transfer data accurately into internal files, mainly using Excel.
  2. Coordination and Communication:
    • Follow up on customer needs from start to finish:
      • Interpret customer requirements and communicate with production facilities.
      • Validate orders, pricing, and related details.
      • Coordinate with headquarters and provide delivery plans to customers.
    • Support for Inside Sales Operations:
      • Assist with core sales-related tasks, including:
        • Invoice creation and checking delivery slips in the system.
        • Updating internal lists, preparing reports, and contributing to daily administrative tasks.


      Your profile:

      • Enrollment as a student in a relevant field.
      • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formatting large data sets) and an eye for detail.
      • Comfort with manual, repetitive tasks and an organized approach to work.
      • Strong communication skills for internal and external coordination.
      • Ability to react quickly to urgent or last-minute tasks.
      • Willingness to support a variety of tasks and take ownership of administrative responsibilities.
      • Fluent in English (German is a plus, but not a must).
      • At least 3 months time to support us for approx. 20h/w
