To support our fast growing battery business in Europe, we are looking for a new member to join our Team in Ismaning (Munich) as

 

Internal Process Consultant QM Automotive (m/f/d)

 

Your Tasks:

 

  1. Process improvement: You participate in (continuous) process improvement initiatives, based on IATF 16949 and customer requirements (e.g. Formel Q). You challenge our process conformity at the location with a focus on quality, and control the implementation of quality-related processes within the organization
  2. Customer complaints set the focus for improvements: You Identify and categorize non-conformities based on their severity and impact on the QMS and products / services
  3. Preventive improvements of QMS: You carry out risk assessments to identify and evaluate potential weaknesses in the QMS (related to product quality, safety, regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction)
  4. Conduction of (non-productive) process audits: You plan and schedule internal audits, create structured audit reports that present findings, observations and opportunities for improvement (documentation)
  5. Compliance Support: You act as a subject matter expert and conduct internal training to guide departments in interpreting and implementing requirements

 

 

Your Profile:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management or a related field
  • Proven experience in quality management and internal auditing in the automotive industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, good knowledge of German is a plus
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
