To support our fast growing Li-Ion battery business in Europe we are looking for a new member to join our ESS Team in Ismaning close to Munich as
Customer Quality Manager / Engineer ESS (Energy Storage Systems) (m/f/d)
Your Tasks and Responsibilities
- Management of quality and customer service related requests for Residential, UPS and utility scale projects
- Regular reporting of quality issues and customer claims
- After sales support for BESS (during commissioning, installation and operation)
- Coordination and guidance of Samsung SDI’s external service partners
- Main contact point for customer including root-cause analysis and solving technical issues
Your Profile
- Completed studies in electrical engineering or similar technical education
- Basic knowledge about Quality tools (Project management knowledge is a plus)
- Experience on Stationary Energy Storage Systems (including batteries and other system components) is a plus
- Excellent handling of MS Office applications
- Smooth communication and business fluent in English, German skills are a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills
