Customer Program Manager - Automotive (m/f/d)

 

Your Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Represent Samsung SDI at the customer (all main OEMs) as central point of contact and manage all related project tasks professionally, internally and externally
  • Collaborate with customer teams in integration of electric batteries in different vehicle types as main communicator
  • Resolve conflicts between team members, departments and the customers and coordinate the best possible project progress and results with your outstanding network capabilities
  • Take over specific project tasks with cross functional communication and steering competency
  • Ensure project goals in terms of milestones, maturity and industrialization, while motivating the team to meet commitments in timing and maturity levels

 

 

Your Profile

  • Several years of working experience in project management within the automotive industry (preferably with a Tier1/2 supplier) – if you lack the necessary experience apply for a ‘junior’ role but practical, hands-on experience in automotive business is mandatory
  • Master degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Production/Quality or similar
  • Understanding and knowledge of automotive related processes such as demand planning, engineering, cost analysis (VDA, IATF skills are a plus)
  • Ability to identify root cause of a problem, develop corrective action and guide the team to solve as key contact for all parties
  • Experience in sales or account management in the automotive industry as a plus
  • Excellent skills in Windows and MS Office and business fluent in English, German is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills and cross cultural competencies
